Our team are instructed at both the start of public law cases following the client through to the end of the court case or interposed into cases, picking up the substance and requirements of ongoing cases to meet the concerns of clients
The range of cases covers but are not limited to; non accidental injuries, fabricated induced illnesses, forced marriages, genital mutilation, sexual harm, domestic abuse; deprivation of liberty; international abduction and resettlement to domestic and international locations.
Our members represent the family who are often respondents or intervenors, the child or children through the instructions of Cafcass, the Official Solicitor for children and respondents who require litigation support due to their vulnerabilities; and for local authority applicants who seek to step into private family lives and seek robust legal representation.
