Our financial team represents clients in all levels of the Family Court, from the County Court through to the Court of Appeal and have strong experience in cases involving issues of jurisdiction, international assets, trusts and businesses.
Our members are able to provide a comprehensive service representing clients in both financial disputes and those involving the welfare of children providing continuity of representation through what can be an extremely stressful and difficult time.
